Everything
in the room
Ninety minutes, every Wednesday, 12:00 to 1:30pm ET. Here is every minute of it, all four weeks, both tracks and what we believe.
We use AI
Work less. Earn More. Be Hot.
At a glance
The whole thing,
on one screen.
- What it is
- A live room of women building their businesses with AI. A lecture, a guest who has already done it and a take-home worksheet.
- Who it's for
- Women who run their own business or want to start one — solo, or a small team that runs lean.
- When
- Every Wednesday, 12:00 – 1:30pm ET. Same time, always.
- Where
- Zoom for the room. WhatsApp for the rest of the week. Stripe for your ticket; the Zoom invite lands in your inbox and on your calendar.
- What it costs
- $22 to drop in · $44 a month · $333 a year. Cancel any time, from your own account.
- The guarantee
- On the $44 membership: come to your first Wednesday, and if it isn't your room, email us before midnight that day for a full refund of your first month.
- Time it asks of you
- Ninety minutes live, plus thirty on the worksheet.
- Prerequisites
- None. Anyone can join any week.
- Next call
- Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Week I: Context.
The shape of a Wednesday
Ninety minutes.
every one of them, accounted for.
- 12:00 · 5 MIN
The open
A member who's been here before shows what she built — two minutes, and one thing that broke. Then where we are in the cycle. New? You're not behind. There's nothing to be behind on.
- 12:05 · 15 MIN
The breakout
Groups of four or five. Two questions on the screen: What are you building? What's in the way this week? Skip the job title — tell them what you're building.
It only happens if you're there.
- 12:20 · 3 MIN
The Agreement
The four things we believe, out loud — and which one this week proves. After your first cycle you say it with us. By the third, a member leads it.
- 12:23 · 27 MIN
The lecture
The week's move, with a real demo running start to finish. Plain language, and no jargon without a job. You're the CEO. The AI is a new hire. You don't prompt a new hire — you manage her.
- 12:50 · 15 MIN
Q&A
Your actual question, out loud. Every one goes in the seed file — one line, dated — and becomes next cycle's curriculum. The room writes the course.
- 1:05 · 20 MIN
The guest
A woman who has already built this week's thing. No slides, just her screen. Then three questions: What would you never have thought to write down? What did it get wrong before you fixed it? What do you still do yourself?
- 1:25 · 5 MIN
The take-home
Thirty minutes, not two hours. Walked through on screen, then in your inbox, in the version for your track.
The cycle
Four Wednesdays.
four moves. then again. for five months.
Two weeks to learn, two weeks to build. The four moves never change. Everything inside them does — new tools, a new guest and new problems from the room. Then it starts again at Week I, one level deeper. Anyone can join any week.
Context
AI interviews you. You leave with the files that tell every AI who you are.
The belief it proves: We own our IP.
What we cover- What AI actually is — and why it only knows what's on its desk
- Why it hasn't worked for you yet: nobody showed you how to set the desk
- The seven parts of a job — you're the CEO, the AI is a new hire
- Using AI to interview yourself — and turning your answers into markdown files under six headings
You leave with: your context files — plain markdown, yours to keep.
Second time around: the deeper version of your file, built on what you learned last cycle.
Agents
You'll leave with one agent doing one job you used to do yourself.
The belief it proves: We are the asset.
What we cover- The Employee Framework: a role, onboarding, feedback and trust earned over time
- Narrowing a wish into a job with one clear “done”
- Building it live, on drafts — and watching a correction hold
- The trust dial, and three columns for every agent: may act · must ask · never do
You leave with: one working agent, on drafts, doing a job you resented.
Second time around: a one-page job spec another person could review.
Brain
You'll build an organized brain your agents know exactly how to use.
The belief it proves: We are platform agnostic.
What we cover- Why your fifth agent beats your first
- Short files, one per subject, with a date on anything that changes
- Skills: teach it once and it keeps it
- The decisions file — what you've already settled, so nobody decides it twice
You leave with: an organized brain your agents know how to use, plus one skill.
Second time around: skills with a version and a test, so you know a change made it better.
Back office
You'll build a team of agents, each with a role, working together.
The belief it proves: The creator economy is the future of work.
What we cover- An agent you run vs. an agent that runs: scheduled and triggered
- The standing crew — inbox, calendar and the Sunday-night brief — and Courtney's own back office, running live
- Agents that use agents, and why three with a reason beats ten without one
- The handover list: what I've stopped doing · what stays mine forever · what I check weekly
You leave with: a structured team of agents — roles, schedules and your handover list.
Second time around: productize it — scope, proof and a price.
The five months
The four Wednesdays repeat five times. Each month has its own move, and its own reason.
Shed
Cut back in order to bloom.
Your garden got a little overgrown. It happens to the best of us. This month we prune the roles, tabs, tools and commitments that stopped serving you and clean up your files so AI has something gorgeous to work with. Plants need room to grow, and so do you.
Align
Know who you are & what you stand for, written down.
Your brand is too good to live only in your head. Write down who you are, what you stand for and how you sound, so AI says it the way you would. You're a one of one. A flower doesn't chase the bee. She's the one worth landing on.
Energize
Stand in your truth and face the sun.
Pick your offer and say it out loud, with confidence. You decide what you're selling, and your agents handle the posting while you handle the glow. The spotlight looks good on you.
Earn
Bloom and bear fruit.
Make your offer the rumor everyone wants to be in on. Build the model, know your numbers and get paid well every time someone passes it along. Fruit is the fun part.
Compound
Repeat the process.
Trim, re-align, adjust and bloom again. Every cycle the plant gets bigger and the work gets lighter. Same Wednesdays, new level. What, like it's hard?
The tracks
Two tracks.
eight things you'll build.
Same lecture, same guest, two worksheets. Pick the row you'd rather have done by November. You can switch any week.
| Track | Wk I · Context | Wk II · Agents | Wk III · Brain | Wk IV · Back office |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 🚀 Launch If the thing in your way is finding people | The offer you haven't launched | The follow-up to everyone who ever said “send me info” | Offers, prices, your ideal client and the three objections you always hear | The demand crew: outreach, follow-up, the pipeline |
| 🌊 Scale If it's serving the people you already found | Your standard, written down | Client onboarding, from signed to kicked off | The operating manual: how the work actually gets done | The delivery crew: intake, status updates, invoicing |
The take-home worksheet
Four pages.
thirty minutes. every week.
One printable worksheet, walked through before you leave the call, with your track on page three.
The Agreement, and what we covered
The four beliefs on the cover, the lecture in four lines and a box for the thing you're stealing from the guest.
The work, timed
Four steps with a clock on each one. Nothing vague.
Your track
LAUNCH and SCALE side by side, with space to write.
Keep it clean
The three snags that come up most, a checklist to bring back and the one thing to do if you only do one thing.
On every worksheet: One workflow at a time · Proof before autonomy · Human approval by default · No jargon without a job.
The worksheet comes with membership. A $22 drop-in gets you the full ninety minutes live, but not the worksheet.
Before your first Wednesday
What you need.
it's less than you think.
No prep, no reading. Turn up with these three things and you're set.
A laptop and Zoom
A phone works for watching, but you'll want a laptop for the worksheet. The Zoom link arrives with your ticket and lands on your calendar.
An AI account you already have
Whichever one you use. A free plan is enough for Week I. We'll tell you honestly when a paid plan starts to matter, and we don't get paid to say it.
One real thing you resented doing last week
The actual task. The invoice you keep not sending, the follow-ups, the onboarding email you've written forty times. That's who we hire.
Your kind of room.
You already do enough.
let’s make things easier.
For the woman running a business, dreaming one up or making room for her next idea. You bring the vision. Let’s give AI a few things on your list.
Learn a little. Laugh with the girls. Find something useful you can hand over. Ideally from your phone, wherever life finds you.
Show up and soak it in. Try things when you feel like it. The tools are here, the company is good and nothing needs handing in.
More freedom. More fun. Wednesdays with us.
