Hot Girls Don't Work (“HGDW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the learning platform available at hotgirlsdontwork.com and related program portals (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account.
- Enrollment and billing information — the programs you enroll in and payment details processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Learning activity — lesson progress, quiz and practice responses, forum posts, submissions, and messages you exchange with AI learning features.
- Profile and onboarding details — information you choose to share in your profile, onboarding forms, or team workspaces.
- Technical data — device, browser, and usage information collected to keep the Platform secure and reliable.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Platform: deliver courses, track progress, and manage enrollments.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions and seats.
- To power AI learning features. Content you submit to AI features is sent to our AI providers to generate responses. It is not used by those providers to train their models under our API agreements.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices) and, with your consent, program and marketing emails.
- To monitor errors, prevent abuse, and improve the Platform.
Who We Share It With (Subprocessors)
We share personal information only with the service providers below, and only as needed to run the Platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Team and Organization Accounts
If you access the Platform through a team or organization (for example, an employer who purchased seats), your organization's administrators may see enrollment status, progress signals, and content you share in team spaces. Private messages with AI learning features are not shared with your organization unless you choose to share them.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us at the address below; we will complete verified requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records).
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted with row-level security so students can only access their own records, and we maintain daily encrypted backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Children
The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
