These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the learning platform operated by Hot Girls Don't Work (“HGDW,” “we,” “us”) at hotgirlsdontwork.com and related program portals (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

2. Enrollment, Payments, and Refunds

Program access is granted upon successful payment through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. Trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless canceled first. Refunds are handled according to the refund terms presented at checkout for your specific program.

3. Team and Seat-Based Plans

Organizations may purchase seats for their members. The purchasing organization is responsible for its members' compliance with these Terms, and its administrators may manage seats and view enrollment and progress information for the seats they purchased.

4. Course Content and License

All course materials, videos, playbooks, and other content on the Platform are owned by HGDW or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning while your enrollment is active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share course content or account access.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (forum posts, submissions, projects). You grant us a license to host and display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service, including in community spaces where other students can see it.

6. AI Features

The Platform includes AI-powered features such as coaching, practice, and course tools. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete — it is provided for educational purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features. Usage limits may apply.

7. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in community spaces.
• No attempts to breach, probe, or circumvent security or access controls.
• No scraping, automated bulk access, or interference with the Platform.
• No unlawful use or infringement of others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or educational outcome from participating in our programs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HGDW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
